Greywell Institute places ordinary life under formal structure: daily musters, House Officer supervision, written standards, assignments, physical training, and, where selected, Governor review.
Greywell is a fixed-term structured accountability programme conducted inside the applicant's own premises. Ordinary work, study, relationships, and necessary obligations continue. The difference is that the day is placed under a formal record: what was required, what was done, what was avoided, and what must be corrected.
For 60 or 90 days, the applicant enters a structure administered through Telegram, personalised documents, daily reporting, House Officer supervision, and, where selected, Governor review. It is not a habit tracker or motivational coaching. Admission begins only after intake, fee confirmation, checklist review, and an official start date.
Admission includes the operating structure for a Term, not a static PDF bundle. The documents define the standard; the House Officer receives the record; the dashboard preserves what happened. The value is not inspiration. It is sequence, review, and accountability that continues after the first motivated day has passed.
Greywell does not ask applicants to design their own discipline. It asks them to disclose the facts that matter: work pattern, household, relationship context, physical limits, privacy constraints, internet risks, goals, and genuinely unsuitable elements. The result is controlled personalisation: fitted to real life without letting the applicant negotiate away the parts that make the Term effective.
Solo applicants and applicants in relationships may apply. Partner involvement is available during beta by request, but it is not automatic. The applicant nominates the partner, the partner gives separate consent, and the Governor approves or denies the role before access is issued.
Greywell is built for functional adults who are capable in some parts of life and privately exhausted by the parts they keep failing to govern: the phone they cannot put down, the morning that starts too late, the project that never starts, the room that keeps slipping, the body they have been meaning to repair.
It is not for people in crisis and it is not therapy. It is for people who already know what should be done and want the argument removed for a fixed period. Structure, hierarchy, ritual, and consequence are not decoration here. They are the mechanism.
Greywell is administered through Telegram because the programme needs to live where ordinary life already interrupts you. The House Officer receives musters, returns required responses, records infractions, and routes relevant items to the Governor dashboard.
Work, necessary communication, errands, and rest continue. What changes is the frame around them. The day is no longer left to appetite, avoidance, or drift. The final timetable is issued after intake and adjusted around work pattern, premises, physical baseline, and safety constraints.
The objective is not intensity. It is consistency. Over time, the same actions become ordinary: the room remains clean, the morning begins without chaos, the phone stops deciding the shape of the day, and the record shows what was required, done, avoided, and corrected.
All Terms follow the same daily structure and Improvement Programme framework. The distinction is length and whether weekly human Governor review is assigned.
A partner may be invited into a limited supporting role when the applicant requests it and the partner consents. The process is deliberately staged: nomination at intake, separate partner consent, Governor review, role approval, then a role-specific access link before the partner bot is activated.
Greywell remains the supervising institution. Partner involvement does not replace the House Officer, Governor review, Term documents, or the applicant's own responsibility for compliance. Partner access is narrow, logged, and closed when consent is withdrawn, the Term closes, or the Governor revokes the role.
Partner access does not include unrelated intake disclosures, medical details, private Governor notes, financial records, or general control over the applicant's life. The Governor may approve a lower role than requested, deny the request, archive a prior partner profile, or revoke access where boundaries no longer hold.
Internet Accountability is optional DNS filtering support. A profile is installed on the applicant's device so selected categories do not resolve normally. It is designed to add friction around common avoidance loops, not to interfere with necessary life administration.
Standard filtering restricts social networks, video streaming, and gambling. Enhanced filtering adds adult themes, nudity, pornography, online shopping, gaming, entertainment, news and media, and sports. Work, banking, medical, utility, school, and necessary personal portals can be requested as exceptions.
Setup is delivered as a written pack and, where supported, a mobile configuration profile. Removal is manual at the end of the Term or when directed. Greywell does not need passwords to the applicant's personal accounts.
Each Term is entered as a defined commitment: intake review, House Officer routing, personalised documents, checklist review, programme records, Term administration, and, where selected, weekly Governor review. There are no recurring fees.
Admission fees preserve limited capacity and confirm that the applicant is entering deliberately. The Term begins only after fee confirmation, checklist approval, and the official start date.
Governor-assigned Terms are capped to preserve the quality of oversight. During beta, this form only records interest for manual review and future contact when intake expands; it does not reserve a place, create an account, or begin admission.
No marketing. No frequency. Contact only when relevant.
Intake takes approximately ten minutes.
The Governor reviews every application personally.
Beta pricing applies until further notice.
